Method of Payment
We accept personal and certified checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Make checks payable to Blue Canoe. Sorry, no CODs. If paying by personal check please allow three weeks for it to clear our bank, plus delivery time. All prices are in U.S. currency. If ordering online, you must pay by credit card.
Shipping Method
Orders are generally shipped via priority mail. Orders whose garment total exeeds $200 will ship via UPS ground and will require a physical address. All orders ship from our warehouse in the San Francisco, California, area. US Priority Mail generally takes 3-4 days in delivery time, depending on the area.
Delivery Time
We ship orders complete. Please allow at least a week for us to process your order. This time frame does not include delivery time to your area. If you would like RUSH shipping and are shipping the package within the continental United States, we can accomodate. There will be a $20 fee on top of our flat rate shipping charge and your order will be sent via UPS 3day select. Call our offices to expediate your order or send an email to us after you place your online order requesting faster shipping. Please remember that we need a physical address for rush shipping.
Sorry, but rush shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii
Returns & Exchanges
Your order will include a return and exchange form. Please fill it out completely and include it with any returned item. If no return form was included, just send a note with your name and address and how you would like us to handle the returned goods (refund or exchange). A copy of the pick ticket will also work. Send the items via US Mail to this address: PO Box 543 Garberville, CA 95542.
Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used. Please include your credit card information for any item you wish exchanged. Your first ever exchange will be sent to you with free shipping. All subsequent exchanges incur a shipping charge.
Panties are non-returnable. Washed, used or stained items cannot be accepted under any circumstances for exchange or refund. Returns that are unacceptable will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns made beyond this time limit will only be eligible for house credit.
NOTE: All sale items are returnable for exchange or house credit only as stated on our sale page. Sale items are not refundable.
Back Orders
Online orders are shipped complete, so if a particular item is temporarily out of stock your order will be delayed. We will contact you to see if you wish to wait for that particular item or if you wish to cancel and reorder that item when it arrives at our warehouse.
